- All rates are in Australian dollars
- Rent include electricity, water and gas
- Minimum leasing period 12 months ( All students enrolling must fill up a Rental Tenancy Agreement)
- Extended stay: To confirm extension with management.
- Student to fill up renewal/ departure form when their tenancy ends to advise management of their plans for accommodation
